Re: insurance

well i work for a telco co. as  I&R.   but i would like to get back into cable splicing only trouble is that those jobs are not company jobs anymore.  most are contracted out, the ones left will retire and never be back filled as a company job.  i have most tools needed to go out an cable splice, just not sure how to really get started.  any help is appreciated. thanks all
