I'm a I&R tech for centurylink, been here for about 3 yrs now. it was much better as embarq lol. but as for pay. its the worst paying telco co. I've been in. when i got laid off from att in 08 i was at top which was 32.45hr. i'm about 5 dollars off that mark now...hope that helps man.. good luck
