Being a combat veteran I can honestly say that people do things in a war time scenario that they could never dream of doing outside that scenario. They are not resonsible! they did what they had to do and became what they had to become in order to survive the situation they found themselves in. The people responsible are those who start these wars for what ever reason, be it greed or ego. If there is any fairness in this world we live in, they will, stand in judgement for all the pain and suffering they have brought to countless innocent people.
