Dude...how long U been in the buisness? Just asking cause it doesn't sound like you've had the right guy's working under you. Tell 'em to hike up their "Man Panties" and grind the spools 'till the day gets dark. THEN speculate your potential weekly income!
Remember, the guy's are right. You don't know if it's gonna rain or if someone ends up in jail or worse. But, just keep going 'till Friday and if that doesn't look to happy then push thru the weekend until the smile lands slap hard on your face. The rewards are there, just keep putting the money away in your pocket. Something always happens either way. Whether it be time off or major repairs.
Keep in mind, tomorrows a 10,000 foot day and the next might be a 3000 foot day.
