Not Piece rate type work, generally. If your boom is not big enough, this can be very limiting. The second man may be a 20 per hr type lineman.
This contractor....I doubt would know how to staff this crew for safe productivity.
Anyway I don't want to think about it to much. How do you say in Minnesota? ICK!!!
