I'm a retailer with the philosophy of "Bring what you know, We'll help you grow." The problem is that the bigger guys dont subscribe to that. It is hard to find fufillment work for a good crew that isn't underpaid, or that has some other caveate involved. Someone always loses. It's an employer's market right now. Techs, even good ones, are a dime a dozen, and it's impossible to pay well, with some folks.
