It's true! It's called Bill HR4646 (look it up). It's another Obama scam. It's a fee on ALL money transactions, not just banks. I think it will only pass if the Democraps win in Nov. I believe if it does pass, it will be the next big step in getting rid of cash and cash transactions. The Government has a hard time tracking cash transactions, and they want their piece. If Obama wins we will all have to have a number in order to buy, sell, or trade.
