Yes,

There are companies and supervisors with whom knowledgable (read: screwed before by the same dude)  will not associate. So they get newbi fuckups who do what they know. Then the super manager replaces the herd a few times. Then he post ads like the one above.

Look for...."Bring what you know...we will help you grow."

Avoid: " We will make you work or fire your ass like the last bunch we brought in here."

Sometimes the "corporate" people notice the turnover and what it costs the firm.
