SWM16 will work with H25 no problem, you need to have a KAKU3 or 5 LNB, not a SWM LNB, 4 lines from the LNB to the SWM16, 1 line from the 36 international to the SWM 16, 29V Power inserter directly to the SWM16, then either run the receiver to the SWM port, or hook up a SWM splitter to the SWM port on the SWM16.  You will need to set up the receiver settings to SWM With the 95 Sat.  If you are only getting odd transponders, then more than likely its a power problem, have seen this many times with SWM MDU settup.
