We have a customer that dropped our phone service and went with magic jack. Since the switch when trying to call our local office it gives a message that this is a party of confrence call and she needs to contach magic jack. So the customer did and stated that there would be a charge to contach us. We can contach the customer with no issues. We use a voip system also. Different trunk lines? Im just curious?
