Trouble with Slimline, 95 and H-25 through swm16

O.k. I have never had this type of distribution before. I have an international customer, wanting 99,101,103 and 95, utilizing a H-25 through a SWM 16 switch. I am not receiving anything but, even transponders on 101 sat, only through the 8th transponder. If I bypass the 16 and the 95 and swap LNB to SWM, it works like it is suppose to. When I reconnect everything through the SWM 16, everything goes ammuck..Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
