To sum it up these folks are whats left after all of the GOOD people left the business. Let me make something perfectly clear, if you are getting your work on the Cable Bar you are already screwed. If Primes and even subs cannot find people to work for them without going on the Bar they should not have a company. I am an owner of a Construction Co. and I have never advertised on the Bar for help. This is all done through networking and running a good company. If you pay your people on time and treat them right then word of mouth gets around and you don't have to advertise anywhere. I really think it's funny that companies post adds for hire. The Bar should be used as a social networking tool for Classified Ads and Broadband Forums and to expose companies that don't pay. There should be a wall of shame for these companies and the people that run them.
