The economy doesnt help. Companies can be more selective in thier hiring process. And a feonly is a definate negative. There also liability. Im sure there is a higher precentage of repeat offenders. I dont want to have something come up missing in my house. And if I had someone in my house doing service work, and I found out he was a convicted crimminal. I would feel a little violated. And if I happen to misplace my watch that day, instinctively I would of course blame the service tech. But also blame the company that put him there.
