You should have given notice, Stay employed while you seek legal action. Charter books jobs on tech count and quota. Ok, they over do it alot. But its thier customers that are affected when they cant get thier install done when scheduled. Its not the customers fault. Charter will more than likely work with you, but give them time to adjust the scheduling. Any job you quit and walk out of shouldnt rehire you. If you have a dispute take the proper actions, Quitting isnt one.
