Mass murderers apparently can't read, since they are constantly shooting up "gun free zones." With no armed citizen to stop them- because law-abiding citizens are obeying the gun free zone signs- murderers are able to kill unabated, even pausing to reload, untill they get bored and commit suicide or try to escape. Some only stop pulling the trigger when they develop carpal tunnel syndrome.
We can't identify, much less imprison, potential mass murderers. For most mass murderers it's their first crime. It' not against the law to be crazy, Infact in some States like Calif. it quallifies you to run for office. Only one policy has ever been shown to deter mass murderers and that's concealed- carry laws. In a comprehensive study of all public multiple-shootings in America found that States that allowed citizens to carry concealed handguns reduced the death and injury toll of multiple-shooting attacks by 80%. Guns are our friends because in a country without guns, you are what's known as prey.
