I have an idea. CABL.com should rate the companies on their site that are looking for technicians. They could be rated by trustworthyness, on time pay, length of time technicians work for them, pros/cons of working for them, rate of pay, etc.etc.etc. There should be $$$$$$$$$$ incentive. In other words companies that want good technicians should pay more...not less.
