You shouldnt need legal representation. Try contacting the MSO 1st and report to them what the problem is and present to them your paperwork, this should clear up the issue which the MSO does not like issues like this and they try and put it to bed before it reaches publicity. In normal cases the MSO or the Prime will withhold money owed to you from the Company that owes you.
