I guess the question is why in the hell would you go to work for some one that has no equipment?? what would happen if you didn't have any equipment ?? would ya all run out to the job and say boy thats nice to bad we can't do it because we don.t have any equipment oh well lets go home and wait for the next job.You answered your own question, if you stay you get what you deserve.
