A lot comes into play when trying to determine qty you can do per day. If you are doing cat 5e or 6 you cannot exceed 300ft from the patch panel. What kind of equips, cable? Are these wall mout or ceiling mt? Biscuit jacks? 
My IQ is 127 and I can walk and chew gum.
