This site is a forum. Nobody needs to be totally correct. You bring what you have to the table and let everyone look.

Oneconsideration with the lack of a statute of limitations is the ability of corporations to just vanish. They exist...take the money...and  vanish. If the corporation has no money you can't sue them (it). Sometimes lawyers...knowing this...ask for funds up front to take on a no winner. Sometimes they are honest and will not proceed...or take the money.
