Thanks for the info and I am sorry this has happened to you. Do not take no for an answer and get your money, as I have told others, go to the MSO or the prime and file a complaint and demand your money. If you need more info pm me and I can give you step by step ideas to get your money. Remember the MSO doesn't like strife or publicity
