Sad but true. Just to add to your list, alot of illegal aliens do vote in Calif. (among other States). Now that there is no chance of being deported, more will do it. When voting in Calif. no identification is required. On the voter registration form there are two boxes you can check that state that you do not have a DL or a SS#. All you have to do is check those boxes, fill in your name and address, and sign at the bottom of the form that under penalty of perjury that you are an American citizen and "badda bing" you're registered. No one! Not one person in the State of Calif. has ever been prosecuted for commiting perjury on a voter registration form! Then after you are registered you can get a vote by mail ballot in one of 10 different languages and mail it in. What a system!
