Don't take a LOCAL LAWYER it is way above his head, Go to the NLRB website and get a recommended lawyer, one that works Government Prevailing Wage Jobs, your Local YoKo is just going to suck YOUR MONEY out of you.
Local YoKo, will call your work office at 8:00pm and get a recording and charge $500.00, then he will call again at 5:30am and recording, another $500.00
to a lawyer just a passing thought about your case it's 1 hour rate.
So if you are going to let someone waste your money, at least make sure they know what they are doing.. in other words you don't use a divorce lawyer to defend you on a murder trial, because he will have all your money and you will have life in prison.
