He was black balled because he quit without notice. That is disrespectful. It isn't Charter's fault that you have an issue with your employer. Dropping a route or quitting without notice is the new thing these primes are looking at. It's the same with Time Warner, you must put in and honor a 2 week notice otherwise you will be black listed.
