I am a subcontractor getting screwed. I was told by the prime to go out and do service calls not on my work but other contractors.Even to work on the system we havent touched per the cable system.Quote dont bitch you will get paid for it . They even sign off on the work and i was paid . Months later they said the system went back and cut the hours in half . So they deducted it from my pay. The prime was in charge of what time we could charge for . I keep good records on my billing so i asked where i over charged at . I can not get them to so any dates or proof of my company over charging.Can they take my money with no back up. This not a back charge this a take back.What can i do?
