Somewhere along the way i see your point, but how can you have knowledge and experience then be told your not what we wre looking for. I mean come on, what happen to hiring people who worked hard, earned their way and become successful in their line of work. I have read the other post to this reply and looking for a yes man or become bored with the job. No lie, I have watched people with no experience and couldnt tell you what 2+2 is and still get hired. I would hate to think that the old cable dawgs who taught me the values of hard work, honesty, and going the extra mile is being replaced by the idiots who only wants a job imstead of a career. UH maybe thats it, "I am the old cable dawg" scooby doo has been replaced with scrabby doo.
