I have been in the business for over 30 years and am now a minister. Don't touch drugs or alcohol and am one of the most honest people you will ever meet.
But if you are going to focus on who "I USED TO BE" rather than "WHO I AM" than guess what?
Thats the problem with this policy, believe it or not people do change.
