OK since the powers that be deleted the picture of this joke I will write it out and see if it stays up. So here it is.
A man is driving down I95 outside of Washington DC when he finds himself stuck in a huge traffic jam. Nothing is moving in either direction. After sitting for about half an hour there is a man knocking on his side window. The driver rolls down his window and asks what the hell is going on? Was there an accident?
The man outside says No something much worse. Terrorists have taken congress hostage and are demanding 100 million dollars or they will soak them all with gasoline and set them on fire. I and a few others are going from car to car taking up a collection.
The driver says Oh my god that’s terrible. He then asks how much is the average donation? To that the man outside the window says, About a gallon.
