Don't do it. Most people start out with good intentions and a good mind set as to being honest but in the end, most people end up screwing the techs. The system isn't designed to be in favor of the tech or the compnay. once you start to lose money, you'll see what I'm talking about. You'll make enemies and have techs ticked at you when it's all said and done. I wish there was a way to resolve this madning cycle of insanity but when techs only look out for themselvs, it will only get worse.
