Cable finanacing?

I was wondering if anyone knew of anyone that invested or financed install companies? I have several ocntracts and mutiple markets with the potential to add a lot of techs. I am currently running contract techs, and being forced to go 70/30 employee based  which means a ton of trucks, meters and tools. Any advice would be a great help. Thanks
