I agree with paying the techs well and being honest with them from day one.
As far as I was thinking about retail is getting a contract with Advanced Comm. or another along those lines. I have a decent knowledge of what to expect but I need the inside scoop from people who know. Also would like to know of any and all options on with whom I can get contracts with.
