Unknown is incorrect. The average for plowing 1" conduit is around $2.00 per foot. Believe me boring doesn't pay $10 per foot unless it is rock boring.
The job I am on pays $1.55 per foot for a 1" conduit and $1.75 for a 2" conduit.
