Perdiem is only a law if it is a prevailing wage or government job and you have to be over 150 miles from your home address, other then that it's up to the prime to float you until your 1st.
and as far as telling you the color of your truck you have or year range, it's the mso's job
they dictate what they want on their job.
just like contracting for Yellow Cab and you have a pink Mazda, you ain't going to be allowed to work.
