Actually it's not illegal. Discrimination against a protected class is lawful when the discrimination is based on a job requirement that is reasonably necessary to the normal business operations. One example would be a safety issue. Believe it or not there are some neighborhoods where certain races are not welcome. Another would be a Chinese restaurant only hireing Chinese workers in order to look authentic.

 PS. As for this ad. For those that don't know. Anytime you see an ad that says Nationwide you will be responding to a employment placement agency, not an employer.
