It's called the Autohop feature and is only available on Hopper/Joey systems. There are still some restrictions however. It is only available on Prime Time Any Time recordings and not available same day as recording.
So if you watch a lot of major network shows in the evening but are usually more than 24 hours behind on watching them, it is the perfect feature for you.
