My company just picked up an apollo lasher brand new. We cant get it to work! the side doors that cover the lashing wire and rollers hit the rollers and lashing wire real holder. Therefor all the moving parts under the cover rub and grind into the cover.. Theres no way to adjust the door height and it has not been dropped or anything! HELP PLEASE!!
