 Your the guy that is realy slow and thinks everyone is out to screw you. Your wrong. You need to contact the guy who was running the job. I know Perry pays all his Retainage that has it coming to them. But if the manager on the job said not to pay then it becomes some thing between you two. So if your worried about your retainage, I would call the manager. But if you know your wrong I bet you don't have the balls to call him.
