Spoke with a line crew in Cleveland who are working for Blue Jay. They told me that Osha is investagating Blue Jay about Power Supplies. They also said that Blue Jay is talking about opening an office in Ashtabula, Oh. They also were saying that work is slow and that a couple of the managers were doing work for other companies and keeping the money to them selfs.
Sounds like Mr. Houlihan is losing control of his company. It's hard to find people you can trust.
