I just walked off a long term Splicing and activation contract for TW. The recent pay cut went over the line. The pay cut combined with the nonsense night work ended it for me. The new splicing rules entailed doing two or three trips to do a single job (daytime prep work, then their stupid three hour night window). About one month ago the prices were slashed about 20% overall. The joke is that we had not had a rate raise in three years before this. The truck is now parked.
