Nacc?

Was out and about the other day and seen a new truck in the area. It said NACC. Does anyone know who these guys are and where they are out of? I know almost every contractor in the region and they must be new. The only thing that even got my attention to find out who they were is the way the truck was weaving all over the road and almost hitting another truck head on. Be safe people!!
