I would like to know where BLS got it's numbers. Must be form the MSO's job descriptions that list the bottom and the top scales. They start you at the bottom you work for years getting 3% raises ("That's the highest we can give corporate will not let us give higher.") After 7 years of that I became a contractor and made good money until the rates started to be cut. Now I work for Uncle Sam doing fiber, make good money, good benefits, and actually get to take vacations. I thank all you tax payers every two weeks.
