Then FTS must hold their checks for suture work and pay you. Its how it works now days. Deviney Construction will not pay their sub if they get any type of complaint from a Sub Employee or Sub of a Sub. Deviney will hold that check and take out what is owed to the owed party. If FTS cared or wanted to help and you have the documents showing proof then FTS could handle it swiftly and quickly.
