Re: Bowlin in Lexington Ky

Does anybody out there know or think that I would have a case for any legal actions against Bowlin for what they did to me? I have gave up on pursuing any legal actions(did not have a lot of confidence in the lawyer I found to represent me), but still feel that what they did was nor fair, and I have had a hard time trying to find work because of the lies they accused me of. Like I said in the post, this was the first time I have every hurt myself at work and filed a worker comp claim. I feel that there has to be some sort of rights as an employee who was fired for filing a workers comp claim for injuring himself at work. Since this had happened the Manager (Jay Martin),who fired me, was fired for doing some shady things while still employed with Bowlin. Thanks for any input.
