Lookout, don't touch the interstage on the gainmakers. They are factory set and tested. The only adjustable feature of the gainmaker is the input pad and the internal splitters. If you can't get your levels by changing the input pad, the mod is bad. This information is stright from the SA trainer.
>Haven't worked much with them yet, but system II amps vary, if it is equipped with a plain ISEQ, a thermal ISEQ or an AGC/ACM. Like specsplicer says, look for all the possible scenarios and do the math. Also, some system engineers may engineer padding in the interstage pad , to leave headroom for an AGC or thermal mod addition later, like when there is anticipated plant extension that would require it.
