- DEFT. MARCIONA ADJUDGED GUILTY of CONSPIRACY TO DRAW AND PASS A CHECK WITHOUT SUFFICIENT FUNDS IN DRAWEE BANK WITH INTENT TO DEFRAUD, PRESUMPTIONS OF INTENT TO DEFRAUD (GM). Mr. Leavitt stated as to amount of restitution, advised Wells Fargo Bank took $14,000.00 out of Deft's account. Colloquy. Court stated Deft. will receive credit for that. Further statements by counsel. COURT ORDERED, in addition to the $25.00 Administrative Assessment fee, $150.00 DNA Analysis fee including testing to determine genetic markers, $77,125.00 RESTITUTION and $2,252.79 Extradition Costs, Deft. SENTENCED to Clark County Detention Center (CCDC) for TWELVE (12) MONTHS, SUSPENDED; placed on PROBATION for an indeterminate period not to exceed THREE (3) YEARS. CONDITIONS: 1. He will get a Year at CCDC and they will release him back on probation, tack on another year probation and another extradition cost and still continue with the restitution that is listed, He would be better off during his probation revocation hearing to tell the Judge to Kiss My Lilly White Ass send me to State Prison and whenever a parole hearing comes up then refuse it and make them Max him out, he may spend 2 to 3 years total and then state will terminate.
He will not have to repay anything, then it becomes a civil matter, because until the day he dies or he fulfills full conditions, they will drag him from any place in the world that has a treaty signed with the USA, if anything Go to Costa Rica, they don't have an USA Treaty and they love Americans there
