I worked for GRS Communications, LLC (Shonteal Crawford) (from Atlanta, GA) back in Nov. Their project manager hied me and asked me to start work, even after I told him that I hadn't yet passed Background. With DirectSat you can't have ANY felonies in your lifetime. After 2 weeks it came back as a fail. He still kept me working. Long story short.....They came to my job and, as it played out, Name doesn't match the job. We were ALL canned and even the company from everyone of their markets. Still owing 3 weeks worth of work, the manager said they would still pay me. Here we are May. I sent a certified letter. They were left a notice and still refuse to pick it up. After reading the GA law and definition of "Theft -By - Deception, I see that the situation falls under that law. After attempting to legally sending a notice, I can now proceed to civil action. However, Due to being owed $3000, I am not letting this go. Need some help on the next step.
