Wow! You are stupider than I thought. Article 1 section 6 of the U.S. Constitution prevents law enforcement from using their power of arrest to interfere with legislative business. Law makers are privileged from arrest while they are at work and to and from their residence only. They are not immune from prosecution. Many a politician has been convicted of D.U.I. Do YOUR fucking research.
