This show is a joke, you know they have to make whatever company they are doing look good.
They research the employees before they decide where the CEO/owner of whoever is going to go.
I've seen this show 3 times (2 times to many) and they always seem to find a someone with medical problems, someone waiting to get married, and someone who has never taken a vacation or wants to spend more time with the family but can't because they are so dedicated to the job.
The Mastec one was no exception. The only person that was halfway believable was the old guy doing power line construction, and he turned out to be the person that never took a vacation and wanted to spend time with his family because he was so dedicated to the job. Not one cures word on any of the job sites,don't think so, don't know any green horn that doesn't get his ass chewed out during the first day.
