Roger is an old timer in the cable industry, he's a good person, knows the in/outs of cable.  However, Like most companies, the owner may be good but you always have some bad managers/supervisors in the field.   And like most...it's the owner that takes the heat.  Roger's been in the frying pan before and can handle it.
