No I didn't "find" anything. I just try to live my life pleasing to the Lord and even though I fall short in many ways (using your words) my "niche" seemed to have found me.
I am rather new at this video stuff. I am enrolled in college classes hoping to gain some technical knowledge in this field and am trying to put together an impressive portfolio so that some day I might be able to do this as a career.
I figured that in the next 1 1/2 to 2 years from now I might be able to "walk the walk and talk the talk" to the point that I would be ready to start seeking exposure. And quite frankly, even though I am far ready to start seeking exposure, I often wondered "How" am I going to get exposure.
As far as this show goes, they found me. This show has been running for 15 years and have MANY professional production companies at their disposal, yet she told me that the Lord said it is me that is to do the show.
Now, I am "rubbing elbows" with some of the big wigs in the television industry, gaining more and more "technical knowledge" and not only adding to my portfolio, but when I reach the point that I feel that I am ready to "seek exposure" more than likely I will be well known in the industry.
It all comes down to this:
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
